Head Coach Owen has been Coaching within CrossFit for the last decade, and prior to this studied for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports & Exercise at The University of Kent.
As well as this Owen has his CrossFit Level 3, British Weightlifting Level 2 and CrossFit Gymnastics Certifications.
Owen Started coaching at an affiliate whilst at University 10 years ago, and after 2 years decided to open the doors to his very own affiliate, CrossFit Aylesbury.
Since then he has branched out into the world of programming for the competitive athlete as well as online coaching, having done this for a number of years
His passion is helping athletes reach their highest possible level of potential, and he enjoys participating in the realization of this potential on the competition floor.
His knowledge and experience can be attested to via a resume that includes coaching athletes who have competed at regional, sanctional and semi-final level in both individual and team capacities. As well as overseeing the coaching and programming for a team with back-to-back CrossFit Games Qualifications.
